Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If a product arrived damaged or something went wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right — photographs help but are not required.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of your return reaching the studio.

Start with the essentials — cleanser, serum, cream — and add one product at a time, two weeks apart. If you write to us with your skin's quirks, we will suggest a starting pair, honestly.
Our formulas are fragrance-light or fragrance-free and built around well-tolerated actives. Every product lists its full ingredients — check against your known sensitivities, and patch test first.
Serums and creams are concentrated; a 30 ml serum used twice daily lasts roughly 10–12 weeks. Each product page notes its size options.
Glass bottles and aluminium closures are widely recyclable. Outer cartons are uncoated card. Refill pouches for creams are on their way.
